Attentions for Automatic Rule Bender

1. Turn on air compressor
2. Turn on air compressor switch ( pressure range 6-8kg/CM2)
3. Turn on power source and computer
4.Turn on TSD bending software
5. Bending machine reposition and back cutting feed

6. Clear & dry working environment, to avoid drive broken.
7. Connect ground line effectively
8. Strictly prohibited non-operator to operate bender machine
9. Strictly prohibited to put in flammable goods around the bender machine
10. Pay attention to daily maintenance. (daily, monthly, yearly maintenance)
11.Users should observe “No people, No power”.
